It's no surprise Highway Heat became part of the core line for 2017. The same group that provided inspiration pictures to create it, voted to make it part of the core collection. And it's now available year round! This fun thermal polish is magenta when warm then transitions to plum and almost black in it's coldest state. There is a pink and golden shift and has an incredible sparkle just like it's inspiration photos (see both car photos were combined to become this one polish).
Highway Heat being a personal favorite inspired me to create more black thermals and now it has a "cousin," appropriately named Aquatic Asphalt. See the listing here for a teal and charcoal version of this unique duo.
Thank you to Lacquered Mama, Polish & Plates, Nail Experiments and Starlight on My Mind for the beautiful photos!
Colors may appear to vary due to monitor settings and swatcher's lighting. Please store all nail polish, especially transition polish, out of extreme heat, cold and direct sunlight. Proper storage will prolong it's stability as a thermal changing polish.
Joy Lacquer nail color is made from a 5-free suspension base. That means it contains no Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin and Camphor. These ingredients are often found in mainstream nail polishes that you would find in the store. Polish is mixed by hand in small batches, so slight batch variation may occur. As in any handmade product, some separation can be normal. Always roll the bottle gently before use. For optimal application, a base coat and quick dry top coat is recommended. Joy Lacquer's full size bottles are max filled at 13 mls. and contain a wide flat brush for a nice, smooth application.
