How quickly do you ship my order?
All packages are generally shipped within 48-72 hours after the order is placed. The exception to this is during new product launches when order volume is higher (expect 3-5 business days). The goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible but we ask for your patience as a larger number of orders are handled during new release times. Please see individual listings for pre-orders, ship dates and turn-around times on items that may be considered special projects outside of normal collections and turn-around-times. If you do not purchase through Paypal, you may not receive automatic tracking updates. Feel free to email and request a tracking number to be manually sent to your email.
How do you handle backorders?
If your polish is back-ordered it means that we do not have enough stock of the color readily available. You may still order the polish, but please allow an additional 24-48 hours to your shipping time so that we may mix and bottle a new batch of the color.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns, however customer service is extremely important to us. If you have an issue with an order or a custom polish please contact us right away and let us know. We will work with you to resolve the issue. You have 30 days from the date of your order to notify us of any problems with your products or any breakage in shipping.
Do you take Custom orders?
Yes, I do! I love working with customers to create special, one of a kind polishes. Please fill out our form via the store and pay for your polish through the listing. Once you have submitted your order via the website, please email any inspiration pictures with your name clearly stated in the email to email@example.com. I look forward to working with you to create your vision!
I placed two separate orders with you today. Can you combine them into one order and refund me the difference in shipping?
You must email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, if you wish to combine shipping on orders placed the same day. We will not accept Facebook messages as requests to merge orders. Please also note that merging is only available on a 24 hour period from 12:01 am to 12:01 am (PST).
I would like to change my shipping address, is this possible?
Confirm all Paypal and debit card information is current before ordering. If your current shipping address is not reflected on your order, please email email@example.com as soon as possible, to request an address change. If the order has not been printed for shipping already, we are glad to update your address in our shipping method. This may delay your shipment by 24-48 hours.
What are your business hours?
Business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9am PST to 6pm PST. Typically orders are processed and emails are answered within 24 hours, if received during business hours. On weekends and during the holidays, please allow extra time for emails to be answered and packages/tracking numbers to be sent. Should you need to contact us regarding an outstanding order, the Facebook page is a business tool, but is not the preferred method of communication.
