Celebrating the completion of the brand's first trip around the sun inspired the theme of this trio.  Joy Lacquer brand turns one year old on May 28th!  I pulled song names from a few musical artists and the three colors came together to perfectly.  This solar trio is available in mini bottles or full sizes.  Full sized polish is available individually as well.  Please use drop down menu to see your options.

Solar Power to the People is a pearly white with a strong green shift.   Also contains green holo microglitter and green chrome flakies.  In direct sun, it turns bright violet and the green chrome flakies are still visible in contrast to the violet base.  (John Lennon song, shown in first picture on top left swatch stick)

Trip Around the Sun is a very pale pinkish white with silver sparkles and iridescent blue sparkles & pink chameleon micro-flecks.   In direct sun or UV light it turns a deep purple-ish/sky blue color. The pink chameleon sparkles become very apparent in the blue contrasting base.  (Jimmy Buffet song, shown in first picture on bottom left swatch stick.)

Shine on You Crazy Diamond is a silvery blue holo and has a strong blue flash indoors and a light linear holo finish.  In direct sun or UV light it turns a soft magenta pink and the blue elements become very strong in contrast to the pink.  (Pink Floyd song, shown in first picture on bottom right swatch stick.)

Note to users who have never worked with solar polish before, top coat/quick dry will NOT effect the transition of a solar polish and transition is instant in the direct sunlight. Transition is not as effective on a cloudy day, and may appear to be very faint.  Like all photochromatic pigments, they can tend toward being a thicker polish.  This formula's consistency is fine, but if you paint your nails in the sun while it's "activated," it will be more difficult to work with.  These colors are not jellies but are made to have an ethereal sheer feel when initially applied and will become very vibrant in the sunshine.  Enjoy!
